Hand raised young grey/pied cockatiel in Phelps, New York

This little cockatiel is about three months old. He was hand raised and is tame, but does not always like to be caught. He does not bite and will sit on your hand, but is more aloof than my girl cockatiel - however he should bond well with someone who will handle him regularly.
